Shipping policy

At Puppet Theater, we aim to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. Please review our shipping policy below for information on how we handle shipping and delivery.

We currently ship within the United States via UPS and USPS. International orders are shipped through UPS or the customer-selected shipping method. All orders ship from our Headquarters in Denver, CO. 

Couriers used

  • Depending on inventory availability, we may use a combination of UPS, USPS, or other carriers to fulfill orders based on the item's location.
Delivery Time: Handling time + Transit time
  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) 
  • Transit Time: 5-11 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Monday to Friday: 03:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

All orders are packed within 1 to 3 business days and undergo a final quality check upon packing. 

 

Shipping costs

  • Domestic orders within the United States are shipped for a flat rate of $5.
  • Standard International shipping is $20. 
  • All orders over $150 are shipped complimentary via USPS. 
  • Standard and Express shipping are available. Market rates are shown at checkout.
